रिटायरमेंट के बाद वसूली गलतकोर्ट प्रयागराज,। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक निर्णय में कहा है कि रिटायरमेंट के बाद कर्मचारी को मिले पैसों से नौकरी के दौरान हुए अधिक भुगतान की वसूली करना गलत है। इसी के साथ कोर्ट ने पीएसी में प्लाटून कमांडर पद से रिटायर सुरेश चंद यादव व रिटायर पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर गोपाल सिंह से सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद की गई वसूली ब्याज सहित वापस करने का निर्देश दिया है। कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को यह छूट दी है कि नौकरी के दौरान किए गए अधिक भुगतान के जिम्मेदार अधिकारी से उनका दायित्व निर्धारित करते हुए उनसे वसूली करें। यह निर्णय न्यायमूर्ति पंकज भाटिया ने सुरेश चंद्र यादव एवं गोपाल सिंह की याचिकाओं पर वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता विजय गौतम को सुनकर दिया है। पुलिस विभाग के दोनों अधिकारियों ने रिटायरमेंट के बाद उनके विरुद्ध जारी वसूली आदेश को याचिका के माध्यम से चुनौती दी थी। रिटायरमेंट के बाद उनकी ग्रेच्युटी एवं पेंशन से पैसों की कटौती कर ली गई और कहा गया कि यह कटौती इस कारण की जा रही है कि सेवाकाल के दौरान उन्हें अधिक वेतन भुगतान किया गया था। रिटायर पुलिस अधिकारियों की ओर से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता विजय गौतम का...
