List of drugs that requires cold storage
Drugs that are particularly sensitive to heat must be stored at low temperatures, ie in the refrigerator. For these medicines it is necessary to respect some fundamental rules:
1. Store them in the refrigerator separate from food, preferably in a special container;
2. Do not freeze them and in any case do not keep them in the coldest part of the fridge, where ice may form;
3. Transport them in thermal bags with synthetic ice;
4. Avoid subjecting them to excessive temperature changes (a small variation can be tolerated as long as it is occasional and very short).
