NCF 2005 

NCERT की कार्यकाणी ने 14 व 19 जुलाई , 2004 की बैठको में NCF को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया 
( तत्कालीन मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री द्वारा निर्णय )

The NCERT's Working Committee decided to revise the NCF on 14 and 19 July 2004

(Decision by the Minister of Human Resource Development)

क्या हैं NCF 2005 

• यह विद्यालय शिक्षा का अबतक का सबसे नवीनतम राष्ट्रीय दस्तावेज हैं | 
• This is the most recent national document of school education.
• इसे अंतराष्टीय स्तर का शिक्षावादी, वैज्ञानिको, विषय विशेषज्ञो व अध्यापको ने मिलकर तैयार किया गया हैं | 
• It has been prepared by international level educationists, scientists, subject experts and teachers.
• HRD मंत्रालय की पहल पर प्रोफेसर यशपाल की अध्यक्षता में देश के चुने हुए 23 विद्वानो ने शिक्षा को नई राष्टीय चुनौती के रूप में देखा |
• At the initiative of HRD Ministry, 23 selected scholars of the country under the chairmanship of Professor Yashpal saw education as a new national challenge.   

NCF EVS के लिए 

• बच्चे का विद्यालयी जीवन, उसके विद्यालय के बाहरी जीवन से संबंधित होना चाहिए | 
• The school life of the child should be related to the outside life of his school.
• यह बच्चे के विद्यालय, घर व समुदाय के बीच की दूरी को कम करेगा |
• This will reduce the distance between the child's school, home and community. 
• यह रटंति व किताबी ज्ञान को हतोत्साहित करता हैं | किताबे भी इसी तरह से बनाई गयी हैं | 
• This discourages rote and bookish knowledge. Books are also made in this way.
• इन किताबो का लक्ष्य छात्र केंद्रित शिक्षा व्यवस्था ( NPE- 1986 ) को प्राप्त करने में मदद करना हैं |        ( Integrated Learning ) 
• The goal of these books is to help in achieving the student centered education system (NPE-1986). (Integrated Learning)
•  बच्चा अपने वातावरण ( पर्यावरण) को सम्पूर्णता में देखता हैं इसलिए 3rd से 5th में सभी प्रत्यो को विज्ञान, सामाजिक विज्ञान व पर्यावरण शिक्षा के रूप में एकीकृत किया गया हैं | 
• The child sees his environment (environment) in its entirety, so in the 3rd to 5th all the responses are integrated in the form of science, social science and environmental education.
• EVS विषय को 1st व 2nd कक्षा में किताबी रूप में न रखकर, उन्हें भाषा व गणित के साथ ही समाहित किया गया हैं | 
• By not placing EVS subjects as books in the 1st and 2nd class, they have been integrated with language and mathematics.
• EVS पुस्तको में ' परिभाषाओ व सूचनाओ की जगह नहीं दी गयी हैं | यहा तक की पुस्तक की भाषा भी औपचारिक नहीं हैं | 
• EVS books do not include 'definitions and information'. Even the language of the book is not formal.
• EVS की केवल पुस्तक ही ज्ञान का एकमात्र साधन नहीं हैं, परन्तु यह बच्चों को नया ज्ञान निर्माण के लिए प्रेरित करता हैं |   
• EVS is not the only book of knowledge, but it inspires children to create new knowledge.

Role of Book (पुस्तक की भूमिका)

• NCERT द्वारा निर्धारित EVS की Themes को एक गहरी व अंतसृबांधित समझ के आधार पर बनाया गया हैं | प्रत्येक theme कुछ Key Questions से शुरू होते हैं |   
• Themes of EVS set by NCERT are based on a deep and interlinked understanding. Each topic starts with a few main questions.
• NCERT, किताबों में लिंग, वर्ग, संस्कृति, धर्म, भाषा, भौगोलिक स्थिति के आधार पर विभिन्नता से निपटने की ज़रूरत बताती हैं | 
• NCERT books, shows the need to cope with variation on the basis of gender, class, culture, religion, language, geographical location.
• EVS Books से संबंधित आकलन सतत आधारित हो तथा बच्चे का आकलन उसके अवलोकन, चर्चा, प्रशन तथा सामूहिक कार्य के आधार पर हो |   
• Assessment related to EVS Books should be continuous and the child's assessment should be based on observation, discussion, questions and group work.

Lesser the burden ( Burden कम करने हेतु क्या ? ) 

• Daily time-table में लचीलेपन की ज़रूरत है, ताकि teaching में बेहतर हो सकें | 
• Daily time-table needs flexibility to improve teaching.
• अध्यापन व आकलन के लिए प्रयोग किये गये तरीके ( विधियाँ ) भी प्रस्तुत पाठ्यपुस्तक की प्रभावशीलता को प्रभावित करते हैं |   ( अंतः Time table flexibility, Teaching & assesment methods affects the learning outcomes, not only books )
• Methods (methods) used for teaching and assessment also affect the effectiveness of the presented textbook. (Inter Time table flexibility, Teaching & assesment methods affects the learning outcomes, not only books)
• बच्चे हेतु अधिक विचारशीलता, उत्सुकता व चर्चा हेतु छोटे समहू बनाने व प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव प्राप्त करने की प्राथमिकता व स्थान दिया जाना चाहिए | 
• Priority and space should be given to create small groups and gain direct experience for more thoughtfulness, eagerness and discussion for the child.
• पाठ्यपुस्तक, छात्र केंद्रित हो, ताकि बच्चो को स्व- अध्ययन, के लिए स्वतंत्रता मिल सके व अन्वेक्षण कर सके और रटने व याद करने हेतु मजबूर न हो| 
• The textbook should be student-centric, so that children can get freedom for self-study and study and are not compelled to rote and memorize.

Role of School ( विद्यालय की भूमिका ) 

• विद्यालय Head वह efforts करे ताकि बच्चे encourage कर सके, स्वयं की अधिगम को reflect कर सके और कल्पनाशीलता के क्रियाकलाप व प्रश्न पूछ सके | 
• The school Head should make efforts so that children can encourage, reflect their learning and ask imaginative activities and questions.
• बच्चे अपने बड़ो के साथ जुड़कर, बच्चे स्वंय से अपना ज्ञान निर्माण कर सके | 
• Children can build their own knowledge by connecting with their elders.
• यदि हम बालको को, अधिगम प्रक्रिया में सहभागी बनाये तो वे रचनात्मक व पहल करने हेतु आगे बढ़ सकते हैं न की केवल उन्हें ज्ञान का एक स्थिर ग्रहणकर्ता माने | 
• If we make the children a participant in the learning process, then they can move forward creatively and to take initiative and not only consider them a steady acceptor of knowledge.
• परीक्षा हेतु, केवल पाठ्यपुस्तक को ही बच्चो हेतु preffered नहीं करना चाहिए, बल्कि अधिगम के अन्य साधनों व संसाधनों का भरपूर प्रयोग हो | उन्हें दरकिनारे न किया जाए |  
• For examination, only the textbook should not be preferred for the children, but there should be full use of other means and resources of learning. They should not be sidelined.
