ABSTRACT:
My paper will throw light upon the Techniques of Communication, Effective Teaching and Counselling in and after the classroom by defining each concept. It will state the seven Qualities of Good Communication, Major Modes of Communication, Types of the Organisational Communication, difference between Guidance and Counselling, What the Teaching is?, Modes and the Variables of Teaching, Teaching Skills, Components of the Skill of Explaining, Skill of Probing Questioning/Response Management, Skill of Stimulus Variation, Skill of
Reinforcement, Skill of Class-Room Management, Strategies for Practising Teaching Skills like Micro- Teaching and the Simulated Teaching by giving examples from the concerned subject to make the teachings of English and other subjects effective at higher educational level by practising teaching skills. It will make the use of the Suchman's Inquiry Training model. You may use a game to warm-up the students-teachers before starting the lecture in order to catch their attention and to make connections with them.
