Summary of Oppo F1

On the front, we have a 5-inch HD IPS display that produces clear colors when used indoors, but looks washable in sunlight. Shots around the edges make a seamless transition from glass to metal, and we have Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for added strength. There's an LED notification in the top right corner for navigation and capacitive buttons at the bottom, which unfortunately don't have a backlight.

Camera And Battttery

The main camera of the Oppo F1s houses a 13-megapixel sensor and f/2.2 aperture, coupled with an LED flash. The speaker grille is placed at the bottom. There is also a 2500mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo F1 will be available in Gold and Rose Gold, but the front panel will be white in both cases. The dual SIM tray is placed on the right side and is a hybrid type, so you can choose between a second SIM and a microSD card.

Complaints Of  Oppo F1 mobile Phone

We have no complaints about the physical features of the phone as Oppo has done a good job of integrating everything. We expect the display brightness to be slightly higher for better outdoor selection in sunlight, and the backlight for the navigation buttons will not be affected. In the box, you'll find a standard 5W charger, a silicone case, a headset, and some instruction books. Apart from the fact that the headset is cheap, the quality of the jewelry provided is good.

Specifications and Software

Oppo F1 is one of the first phones to hit the market with Snapdragon 616 processor. This new octa-core SoC from Qualcomm is similar to today's standard Snapdragon 615 processor, but runs at a slightly higher clock speed. To be precise, these are 615 low-power Cortex-A53 cores running at 1.2GHz instead of 1GHz.

Further, it comes with 3GB RAM, 16GB on-port storage, 128GB microSD card, and 4G VoltE1, 3 and 40 bands. In terms of connectivity, we have WiFi P/G/N, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, FM Radio and GPS. No NFC.

Oppo F1 is said to run on Android Lollipop Fork Color OS (2.1). It has a single layer interface that can be customized with different effects and themes. Oppo blew away some processors like Security Center to monitor data usage, memory free, etc. O-Cloud, which lets you back up your contacts and messages; working with Kingsoft Office documents and spreadsheets; and Theme Store for phone customization.

Display

The overall performance of the Oppo F1 is excellent; The interface works well and applications are responsive when multitasking. The phone works well on 4G and it often runs cooler. We found that it only gets hot during continuous video playback or when using the camera for video recording. Call quality is also good as we have not had any problem with it.

As expected, the Snapdragon 615 showed a small jump in the benchmark scores. AnTuTu gave us a score of 35,531, while GFXbench returned 23fps for the T-Rex test. Real-world game performance is pretty stable and we didn't see a problem with heavy or normal games like Dead Trigger 2 and Aldo Adventure. Apps get an average of 2GB of free RAM.
