On behalf of the students of your college, I have the honour to state that we are going to celebrate the International Mother Language Day on the 21" February, 2014 with pomp and grandeur. We are arranging a cultural programme: observance of it. We want to pay homage to our martyrs. 

May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to celebrate the very day in a befitting manner and oblige us thereby.
