Application for an identity card.

Suppose, you are Sandhya Sen. You read in B S S 1" year in Phulbari Degree College, Dinajpur. You have to come to college regularly by bus. So you need an identity card to make your bus fare less. Now write an application to the principal of your college for an identity card.
