Imagine you are Selim Ahmed, a student of B A 2nd year of Madhupur Degree College, Tangail. You want to enlist your name as a boy scout. So you need a testimonial. Now write an application to the principal of your college praying for a testimonial.

May I request your honour to kindly issue me a testimonial and oblige thereby.
