What is Silent letters ?

एक Silent letters एक ऐसा letters है, जो किसी विशेष शब्द में, शब्द के उच्चारण में किसी भी ध्वनि के अनुरूप नहीं होता है। अंग्रेजी वर्तनी की विख्यात कठिनाइयों में से एक बड़ी संख्या में मूक अक्षर हैं, वे शब्दों की वर्तनी को उनके उच्चारण से अलग बनाते हैं।

 A - artistically, logically, musically, romantically, stoically B - comb, climb, debt, plumber, tomb, subtle, dumb, bomb, doubt, , numb, subpoena, thumb, womb.
