এই ধরনের clause সব সময়ই main clause-এর পরে বসে। যেমন,

Right: We are stronger than they are.
Wrong: Than they are we are stronger.

Right: Rina is now more beautiful than she was before. 
Wrong: Than she was before Rina is now more beautiful.
