*Responsibility and Responsibility*

Henry Ford, the owner of the famous automobile company Ford, needed a driver for his car. Three drivers were called for interviews. His specialty was asked the most. The first person told that he can drive at a speed of a hundred miles even in a crowd. Another said that he can easily cross even six-foot potholes.

Whereas the third person replied, “I drive only at a speed of forty to sixty miles. Because I do not put myself and my master's life in danger. Perhaps needless to say that the third person was chosen. Because restraint and responsible behavior is also a big specialty.

Everywhere we should have restraint and responsibility in our behavior.

संयम एवं जिम्मेदारी

मशहूर वाहन कम्पनी फोर्ड के मालिक हेनरी फोर्ड को अपनी कार के लिए एक ड्राइवर की आवश्यकता थी। तीन ड्राईवरों को इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया गया। सबसे उनकी विशेषता पूछी गयी। पहले व्यक्ति ने बताया कि वह भीड़ में भी सौ मील की रफ्तार से गाड़ी चला सकता है। दूसरे ने बताया कि वह छह फुट के गड्ढ़ों को भी आसानी से पार कर सकता है। 

जबकि तीसरे व्यक्ति ने उत्तर दिया, “मैं चालीस से साठ मील की रफ्तार से ही गाड़ी चलाता हूँ। क्योंकि मैं स्वयं अपनी एवं अपने मालिक की जान को खतरे में नहीं डालता।” शायद यह बताने की आवश्यकता नहीं है कि तीसरे व्यक्ति को ही चुना गया। क्योंकि संयम एवं जिम्मेदारी पूर्ण व्यवहार भी एक बड़ी विशेषता है।

हर जगह हमें व्यवहार में संयम एवं जिम्मेदारी रखनी चाहिए।
