There is an ancient inspiring story. Once a saint was walking on the beach. Then suddenly a strong storm came. High sea waves began to rise due to the effect of the storm. With those waves, hundreds of fish came out and started falling. Due to being out of the water, the fish started suffering. Due to natural kindness, the saint picked up those fish and started throwing them back in the sea. But the number of fish was in the hundreds. Because of this, they could not throw them all back.

Even then he continued in his endeavor. A person passing by saw them and said, “You are working in vain. You cannot throwback all the fish. Then it is everyday work. Your hard work won't make any difference." The saint picked up a suffering fish and threw it back into the sea and said, "It will not make any difference. My hard work will save his life, that's enough.

Learning- Moral: If anyone can benefit from our efforts, then we should definitely try.

!! व्यर्थ का परिश्रम !!

एक प्राचीन प्रेरक कथा है। एक बार एक संत समुद्र किनारे टहल रहे थे। तभी अचानक जोर का तूफान आया। तूफान के प्रभाव से ऊंची ऊँची समुद्र की लहरें उठने लगीं। उन लहरों के साथ सैकड़ों मछलियां बाहर आकर गिरने लगीं। जल से बाहर हो जाने के कारण मछलियां तड़पने लगीं। स्वाभाविक दयालुता के कारण संत उन मछलियों को उठा उठाकर वापस समुद्र में फेंकने लगे। लेकिन मछलियों की संख्या सैंकड़ों में थी। जिस कारण वे सबको वापस नहीं फेक सकते थे। 

तब भी वे अपने प्रयास में लगे रहे। वहां से गुजरने वाले एक व्यक्ति ने उन्हें देखकर कहा, “आप व्यर्थ का परिश्रम कर रहे हैं। आप सारी मछलियों को वापस नहीं फेंक सकते। फिर यह तो रोज का काम है। आपके इस परिश्रम से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा।” संत ने एक तड़पती मछली को उठाकर वापस समुद्र में फेंकते हुए कहा, “इसे तो फर्क पड़ेगा न। मेरे परिश्रम से इसका तो जीवन बच जाएगा यही बहुत है।”

सीख- Moral:अगर हमारे प्रयास से किसी एक का भी भला हो सके तो हमें जरूर प्रयास करना चाहिए।
