32. আপত্তি করা = Object to, Demur to

33. (কোন কিছুর সাথে) যোগ করা, সংযুক্ত করা বা জুড়ে দেয়া =Add to, Affix to, Append to, Attach to, Credit to.
A tag question is a short question added to the end of a positive or negative statement.

34. ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুতে হস্তক্ষেপ করা = Interfere with/Meddle with (person or thing) কিন্তু, কারও কর্মে বা ব্যক্তিগত বিষয়ে হস্তক্ষেপ করা = Meddle in / Interfere in (affair, business)
Do not interfere with me, or in my business.
Do not meddle with my computer.
আমার কম্পিউটারে হস্তক্ষেপ করো না
Do not meddle in my affairs.
আমার ব্যাপারে হস্তক্ষেপ কর না।
35. রাজি হওয়া, সম্মতি দেওয়া = Assent to, Accede to, Consent to
I can not accede to your request.
তোমার অনুরোধে সম্মতি হতে পারি না।
The president assented to the bill.
প্রেসিডেন্ট বিলে সম্মতি দিলেন।
He reluctantly consented to my proposal.
তিনি অনিচ্ছায় আমার প্রস্তাবে রাজি হলেন
36. ঈর্ষান্বিত, চোখ টাটায় এমন = Jealous of, envious of
He is jealous of my fame.
আমার খ্যাতিতে তার চোখ টাটায়।
I am not envious of his success.
আমি তার সাফল্যে ঈর্ষান্বিত নই।
37. নির্ভরশীল, আস্থাবান = Dependent on, Reliant on
He is dependent on me.
সে আমার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
Most young people would like to be less reliant on their parents.
He's completely reliant on his wheelchair to get about.
38. কোন কিছুর জন্য অনুহাত, হল, ওজর- Excuse for, Pretext for
His illness is a mere pretext for his absence.
তার অসুস্থতা তার অনুপস্থিতির হুল মাত্র।
You can have no excuse for behaving rudely.
39. (কোন কিছুতে) জড়িত বা বিজড়িত = Concerned in, Involved in, Implicated in
The man is involved in the affair.

40. বোধ শক্তিহীন = Dull of, hard of, short of, deaf of (hearing)
