B.Sc Nursing in Military Medical Colleges

Applications are invited for Military Nursing Service B.Sc Nursing course 2022 to become Commissioned officers in the Armed Forces from the female candidates. The admission is for 220 seats in the nursing colleges attached to the military hospitals in Pune, Calcutta, Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow and Bangalore. Food, accommodation and uniform will be free cost along with a privilege of stipend. Table of Contents(toc)

Who can apply? 

Applications from Unmarried/Widows and divorced with no liabilities will be considered. The candidates must have passed Plus two in the first chance itself with 50% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Those who are studying in Plus two also can apply. Only regular candidates are eligible. Their date of birth should be between 1st October 1997 to 30th September 2005. Minimum height of 152 cm and health fitness as per military courses criteria is mandatory. 

How to Apply

Applicants should visit http://www.joinindianarmy.nic.in/ in to submit their applications on or before 31st May 2022. 
All candidates (Female only) desirous of seeking admission for BSc Nursing at AFMS institutions have to mandatorily qualify NEET (UG) 2022. Therefore, candidates are directed to register online for NEET (UG) through the website, https://neet.nta.nic.in. The last date for NEET (UG) has been extended to 15 May 2022.(alert-warning)

Entrance Test & Selection

Candidate seeking admission for BSc Nursing course at AFMS institutions will have to mandatorily qualify the NEET (UG) 2022 examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). 
 
The shortlisted candidates based on merit of NEET (UG) score will be called for an Objective Computer Based Test (CBT) of General Intelligence and General English (ToGIGE) of 80 marks. 
 
Thereafter, the candidates will be subjected to a Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination at a designated venue. 
 
Final selection will be based on combined merit of NEET (UG) 2022 score, CBT and Interview, subject to medical fitness. For more details, the candidates must visit the website.
