New York Rangers Re-Sign Forward

The New York Rangers have re-signed Tim Gettinger to a one-year, two-way contract.

Gettinger appeared in eight games for the Rangers, where he did not get on the scoresheet. He spent the majority of this season with the Hartford Wolf Pack, however. In 45 games as an alternate captain, he scored 10 goals and recorded 25 points.

Gettinger will be looking to fight for a permanent spot in New York's bottom six next season. At worst, the 6-foot-6 winger will continue to be a solid call-up option for the Blueshirts in 2022-23.
