An independent inquiry has been launched into allegations of sexual harassment and bullying at a transport union after specific claims of misconduct against its general secretary.

Helena Kennedy KC interviewed current and former union officials this month after she was asked by the TUC to launch an investigation into the Transport Salaried Staffs’ Association (TSSA).
