Relatives paid tribute to ‘devoted dad’ while police continue to investigate

Grieving relatives have paid tribute to a man who was found on a street with a “potentially hazardous” substance on his body.

Liam Smith’s body was discovered on a residential street at about 7pm on Thursday in Shevington, a suburb of Wigan, Greater Manchester.
